BioLogics was founded in 1996 with a commitment to improve Life Science instrumentation. Our products have evolved from the integration of several image analysis companies including: Artek Systems Corporation with video based automated colony counters used to count bacterial colonies on petri dishes; Bausch and Lomb OMNICON Vision Systems with "turn key" biomedical image analysis applications; and Dynatech's Imaging Products Group and its successor; Imaging Products International, Inc..
