Schering Plough (2 Plus 2) Method
Performs all calculations in accordance to the
Schering Plough 2 + 2 Method. The software calculates the
mean and standard deviation values for both the reference
and unknown zones and several statistical values.
Plate Reading
The OMNICON Zone Reader reads each 100 mm petri dish
in less than 1 second, measuring the diameter and shape of
each zone. The shape value is used to exclude zones which
are elliptical due to spills or irregular growth.
