BioLogics has established authorized distributors in most countries throughout the world. Terms and Conditions
Our Terms and Conditions are net 30 days to customers with approved credit. We also accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and C.O.D. or payment in advance orders. Shipping lead times should be confirmed at time of order by contacting our Customer Service Department. Prices are F.O.B. Manassas, Virginia USA.

Minimum Orders
Minimum order amount is $50.00 for products and for spare parts.

Return Materials Authorization Policy
It is necessary that a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number be obtained before returning any BioLogics product for any reason. Contact our Customer Service Department for more information. To ensure prompt handling, please mark the outside of the returned materials package with the RMA number.

Returns and Adjustments
No product may be returned, after 20 days from date of delivery, unless authorized in advance and agreed to by BioLogics and then only upon such conditions as BioLogics may agree to. When Purchaser elects to return a product within that 20-day period, Purchaser shall request a Return Material Authorization using the Return Material Authorization Request form. Upon granting authorization to return a product, BioLogics shall assign a Return Material Authorization Number to Purchaser. Purchaser shall be responsible for the product returned (until such time as BioLogics receives the same at its office) and for all charges for packing, inspection, shipping, transportation, or insurance associated with returned product. In the event that credit for returned instrument is granted, there is a 20% restocking fee, and it shall be at the price in effect as of the date of the original shipment of the product by BioLogics
